New York Sports Club
The New York Sports Clubs (NYSC) has agreed to offer our members active, retirees, and their families a corporate rate on their Passport membership. The rate includes $0 Joining fee, $59 Processing fee, and $52 Monthly Membership fee. This will allow you to use any club in NYC. You must sign up using the 1-800-611-9833 phone number. New York Safety Program
Defensive Driving Program Offered
We are pleased to announce that starting 8/25/05 all NYS Court Clerk Association members are eligible to enroll in New York Safety Program defensive driving class. These classes normally cost upwards of $45.00 to attend will only cost $20.00 to our members. This class can reduce your insurance costs up to 10% and remove up to 4 points from your driving record.
Classes will be held at New York Safety Program's classrooms located at 83-02 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY. Please note that this is a new number. Call 1-718-748-5252 to enroll in the class. As of right now there are only classes in Brooklyn, but if there is enough interest they will schedule classes in other areas. This course is now available online. No more traveling to Brooklyn. NYRIDE Transit Program
NYS-Ride Increases Limit
Please be advised that the NYS-RIDE limits will be increased to $230 a month beginning January 1, 2009. Changes will be come effective February 2009 due to the two month lead time. You can enroll online at www.nysride.com or calling 866-428-7781.
All the major wireless phone carriers offer discounts to NY State Court Employees. Verizon, Cingular offer 19% discounts. Sprint offers 15% percent. Valid Court Clerk IDs are necessary.

Caesars Pocono Resorts offer discounts to their 4 Hotels in the Poconos. You can receive up to a 50% discount on rooms. The Union has discount vouchers at the office.

BJ’s Warehouse Club has offered our organization a $10 dollar discount on their membership fees plus an extra TWO(2) months added to the membership through a special promotion.
