The intent of the Fund is to help defray educational expenses. The Winners will be selected by lottery at the annual
dinner dance on Saturday, October 17 ,2026. See application below.

Please be advised our new Active account information was received and money transfers have been initiated.  Our fund administrator, Daniel H. Cook Associates, was notified and is processing checks for claims.  Once the bank transfers are complete, the checks will be released.  

Membership Meeting

The date of the Membership Meeting is now Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 6pm.

Election Dates

The election information/dates will be:

• The ballots are to be emailed out on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9am.
• The count day will be Monday, June 15, 2026, at 1pm.

We were recently informed our Active account was compromised and will be restricted as of Thursday, April 23rd, 2026. We will be forced to close our account and obtain a new account number. This change will create many problems with Active Member's benefit checks not being cashed.

We are currently working with the bank to resolve this issue. If anyone incurs a bounced/canceled/returned check fee, please contact TD Bank 212-227-3520. Proof of fees incurred is required for reimbursement.

All applications for the Unum Life Insurance Program must be dated no later than 5/15/26.

This only applies for existing members that either want to increase coverage or members who want to purchase a new policy.

Please note the following are reasons for a member to participate.

1. NO MEDICAL IS NEEDED TO PURCHASE UP TO $200,000 FOR THE MEMBER
2. NO MEDICAL IS NEEDED TO PURCHASE UP TO $25,000 FOR SPOUSE
3. AS LONG AS A MEMBER HAS PURCHASED $10,000 OF COVERAGE,EVERY YEAR DURING THE MONTH OF MAY, AS LONG AS THEY ARE STILL AN ACTIVE MEMBER THEY CAN PURCHASE ANY AMOUNT OF COVERAGE UP TO THE MAXIMUM OF $200,000 WITHOUT ANY MEDICAL QUESTIONS (GUARANTEED ISSUED) 
4. THIS POLICY CAN BE CONTINUED WHEN RETIRED AT THE SAME RATES AN ACTIVE MEMBER WOULD PAY.  THIS IS CALLED PORTABILITY.
